some of clients I have designed and delivered workshops for:

Empower, inspire, motivate and challenge your employees with my workshops that are designed to enable growth.

I partner with HR departments and leaders to tailor content so that it is relevant to your strategic direction, current context and ideal outcome from the sessions.

Sessions are highly interactive with a blend of media, group and solo activities to keep participants engaged with the content and each other. No zzzzzzzz's on my watch.

Content is bite sized, practical, pragmatic and deliberately designed to suit all learning and communication styles.

Workshops can be a series, one-off or recurring on a monthly/quarterly basis

Delivery is face to face by default but can be delivered virtually on request,

Yasmin is great! I have learned a lot and been given lots to reflect on and use in the future. She has adapted her approach throughout and very quickly tuned into some of the challenges at play.
Amazing energy, great engaging style but also challenged our thinking… Massively recommend and would love coaching from her!
I absolutely would recommend working with Yasmin.
One of the most engaging trainers we have had.
Very engaging and knowledgeable course leader. Highly recommended.
Feedback along the way has been taken on board. Future sessions adapted to reflect the ask.
A great way to spend the day, the best training I have ever had (and I have had a LOT). Didn't get bored once and you kept my attention the whole time.
Perfect mix of teaching and practical exercises which really suited my learning style.
addressing the 3 key challenges for leaders
Change is constant. Skills that were once considered a "bonus" or "nice to have" are now fundamental for successful organisations. Skills such as emotional resilience, adaptability, versatility and psychological safety. The leaders that demonstrate these traits and build them up in their teams not only create high performing teams but also retain the best talent and navigate change with confidence.

I have been working with leaders in some of the largest private and public organisations for 9+ years in the areas of transformation, leadership development and employee experience and there are three consistent challenges that leaders face; even if their personal and professional circumstances differ.

The workshops I deliver are centred around three key themes:

communication
Knowing how to communicate with teams, peers and upwards with confidence, whilst also self advocating and maintaining authenticity, Communication in organisations is the biggest challenge but also the largest enabler, It is the foundation for psychological safety which is the cornerstone of developing high performing teams. For leaders communication is also about empowering language, inspiring through storytelling, empathetic feedback and active listening

confidence
The number one thing professionals say is stopping them from thriving at work is self-confidence. There is no simple solution to this challenge and it needs to be tackled from three seperate angles: Workplace culture: Having policies and processes that foster trust and enable individuals to thrive, not hinder them. Leadership: Teaching people how to be empathetic, effective people managers - especially during times of constant change. Individual: Helping your people to build high EQ, emotional resilience and self trust so they build confidence through competence.

embracing change
We are in a time of constant change and high levels of uncertainty on both a personal and professional level. The ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in an ever changing environment is no longer a "nice to have" characteristic but essential for high performing teams and in turn successful organisations. Everyone can deal with hard situations - usually they are forced upon us and there is no other option than to carry on. However at work "just carrying on" can lead to significant stress and burnout. Instead of just pure grit, its about leaning into the traits of adaptability and versality to embrace change, not just survive it.

meet your facilitator
Effective workshops have two components: the content and the facilitation. In order for great content to shine you need to have someone who can read, energise, empathise and constructively challenge the audience whilst also displaying gravitas, confidence and complete lack of ego.
This is my superpower.
I am an experienced facilitator having designed and led workshops with c-suite and beyond for large organisations across the private and public sector. I know how to get people engaged and energised and how to deliver sessions with the right pace and level of content to get to the intended outcome. It's a big deal to take leaders out of their BAU for a day to focus on learning. A lot of people often feel apprehensive, stressed and disengaged at the start. That's where my workshops are different. They arent just interactive and informative, they are also fun (yes I used the "f" word). In my experience when people are enjoying themselves and there is an element of humour, employees feel more connected, engaged and bought into the content.  I am highly responsive to the audience as a facilitator. I know how to read the room and adjust content and agendas on the fly so that the group get the most out of the content.
